What data we collect

We collect name, phone number, email address and postcode when you submit a quote request form. We also collect standard web analytics data including pages visited and approximate location (country/city level).

How we use your data

Your contact details are used solely to respond to your quote request and, if you agree, to send service reminders. We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention

Quote request data is retained for 12 months then securely deleted. If you become a customer, records are retained for 7 years in accordance with HMRC requirements.
