Service agreement

By booking a service with Mr Gutter Cleaning you agree to these terms. All work is carried out by fully trained, insured operatives. A written quote will be provided before any work commences.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer and all major cards. Commercial clients may apply for 30-day invoice terms.

30-day guarantee

All gutter cleaning work is guaranteed for 30 days from the date of service. If your gutters become blocked within this period due to our work, we will return and rectify at no charge.

Liability

We carry ££5M public liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing defects in gutters, fascias or roofing discovered during the course of work.

Cancellation

You may cancel a booked appointment up to 24 hours before without charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a call-out fee of £25.
